Terms and Conditions of Service

By using the services of Tastes of Elation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

☐ I understand that Tastes of Elation provides weekly, recurring in-home personal chef services, not on-demand or event cooking.

☐ I understand that menus must be finalized at least 48 hours prior to my scheduled service, and same-day changes are not guaranteed.

☐ I understand that my service operates on a standing weekly schedule, subject to availability.

☐ I understand that pricing is based on my selected package, and additional services or requests outside the package scope may incur additional fees.

☐ I understand that cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and late cancellations may be charged in full.

☐ I understand that I am responsible for providing a safe, functional kitchen environment, including working appliances and adequate storage space.

☐ I understand that I am responsible for proper food storage and handling after service completion.

☐ I acknowledge that while reasonable care is taken, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed in a private home kitchen.

☐ I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in service suspension or termination.

This policy applies to weekly, recurring in-home personal chef services.

• Clients may request to reschedule a weekly service with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Rescheduled services must occur within the same service week, when possible.
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on existing bookings and capacity.

Weekly service time slots are reserved in advance to ensure consistency and service quality.

On rare occasions, Tastes of Elation may need to reschedule a service due to:

• Illness
• Emergency
• Severe weather
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

When this occurs:

• Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
• Service will be rescheduled within the same week when feasible.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the session will be credited or refunded, at the client’s option.

• Requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated when possible.
• Requests made within 48 hours may be treated as a late cancellation and billed in full.
• Repeated last-minute reschedule requests may result in service suspension or termination.

• Holiday weeks may have limited flexibility.
• Clients are encouraged to plan travel and absences in advance.
• Missed services due to travel without proper notice are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

• If the chef arrives and cannot access the home or kitchen, the service may be considered a no-show and billed in full.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring access on the scheduled service day.

At the discretion of Tastes of Elation:

• A service credit may be issued for chef-initiated cancellations.
• Credits must be used within six (6) months.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
